Hey — I want to take a moment to talk about something that’s been on my mind for a long time: men’s mental health.
I started Cognivium aswell because I saw too many people — especially men — going through life pretending everything’s fine when it’s not. I know that feeling. I’ve been there myself.
There’s this pressure on us, as men, to always be in control. To stay tough. To keep our struggles to ourselves.
And honestly? That pressure is crushing. It leads to silence. And silence can be deadly.
June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and I want this to be more than just another campaign. I want it to be a reminder — to you, to me, to all of us — that talking doesn’t make you weak. It makes you real. It makes you human.
The stats are brutal — men are still far more likely to die by suicide, struggle with isolation, and avoid getting help. But we don’t have to keep repeating this story.
We can write a different one. Together.
At Cognivium, we’re building a space where mental health is taken seriously, where vulnerability is respected, and where no one is expected to carry everything alone.
So if you're reading this and something inside you feels heavy — I see you.
You don’t have to explain it all. Just don’t shut it down. Don’t go quiet.
Your story matters.
Your mental health matters.
You matter.
Let’s keep breaking the silence — one conversation, one post, one moment at a time.
